The mandation was suspended on Oct 22, but Commissioner Daines stated that the NYS DOH will seek to make this a permanent rule in the future.
The process will be different from the emergency that had been proposed. This time there will be a period of public comment and perhaps a hearing on the issue.
All stakeholders will need to be organized and ready to respond to further developments as they occur.

Vaccines should be optional - just because somebody receives a flu shot does not mean it will protect them from the years flu...most flu shots do not even fit the years flu strain; making it useless. A person must build up their immunity naturally to get healthier as a person. Shots will provide side effects that can be deadly, if not disabling and lifelong. Police, paramedics all deal with immune defficient people, why aren't they also getting all the shots? Good question. $$$$ Look at you tube videos of people like you & me who have received the MMR shots etc..some of them dead. Will theses different types of shots from different batches affect our livers and kidneys in future...hummm. The doctors are not even getting all these shots, like the ones required for academic health science programs in college. Why are some exempting and others having to take these shots? Its unequal, and invades our rights as a human being, not to mention expensive. We all need to stand up and stand for our rights before we all receive a H1N1 vaccine....they are coming. Stay safe everybody!
