The HHC nurses, NYSNA's largest bargaining unit took a stand last week by making a HUGE statement of NO CONFIDENCE in the NYSNA EGW Program Director.
NOW IT'S TIME FOR THE CEO to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
Sisters and Brothers - stand together to bring back the former NYSNA - OF the nurses, FOR the nurses and BY the nurses. Enough of the leadership acting OF, FOR and BY THEMSELVES!!!

Stand together, stand strong , stand united!
Building democracy in the union, builds strength!
Management is management- whether they are your union or your employer. Management will try to distract you by encouraging infighting among the members to hide their incompetence.
The rank and file must lead for the union to succeed!!

Enough of the leadership acting OF, FOR and BY THEMSELVES!!! The HHC RNs put forth the Motion and Resolution of NO Confidence against Ms. Seidel, EGW Program Director as a way of letting them know that their actions over the past few years and especially those since March 2010, have been completely unacceptable and not worthly of a true leader. Unfortunately, our concens and demands have continued to fall on deaf ears and NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN by Ms. Gerardi, CEO. We are committed in our quest to make NYSNA a "member-driven" Union, so stayed tuned. If you would like to recieve regular updates on our actions, send you email address to HHC_RN@yahoo.com.
